A beautiful manor house in stunning countryside, the hotel is a peaceful and grandiose heaven ideal as a base for York and all its attractions. Location
Situated 10 miles from York city centre and within easy reach of the A1(M), the hotel is hidden away in the North Yorkshire countryside. The hotel is set in 100 acres of parkland on the River Ure with its own golf course, leisure centre and spa.
Rooms
Split between traditional in the manor house and contemporary in the new wing, rooms vary in decor from very traditional to clean comtemporary. All rooms feature modern amenities including ensuite bath and shower, television with Sky channels and broadband internet access.
Restaurant
The two rosette restaurant offers the finest cuisine from a varied and exciting menu, complemented by an impressive selection of wines. For a more informal meal, may we suggest you try The Terrace, where a good selection of snacks and light meals with a range of beverages is available.

A traditional manor house, set in its own 118-acre estate. The hotel boasts an 18-hole golf course, which surrounds the property and has the River Ure running through it.
