Cornwall s magic always works at Artist s House it s tranquil setting over looking Fowey Harbour.Owned and run by textile artists Vivien Prideaux who looks forward to welcoming you to her comfortable eco friendly home and helping to make your stay in an AONB a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Five minutes walk from town centre with on site parking. br / br / br / br / The Harbour room looks down over the port of Fowey and across to Polruan and has a bath and shower. The Garden Room looks over the garden filled with camellias shrubs flowers and sub tropical plants and has a shower.Both room have been refurbished January 2016. br / br / br / br / Breakfast is served at a time to suit you. We are passionate about the quality of our food and give you the option to treat yourself to the natural rich flavours of a locally sourced full Cornish breakfast or select a lighter option smoked haddock and poached egg scrambled eggs and smoked salmon omelette or pancakes. There is also daily fresh fruit salad home baked bread home made marmalade and jams free range eggs from our own resident hens Faith Hope and Charity & Big Ears. We are happy to cater for any special diets please advise when booking. Three course dinners with wine and picnic lunches are available by prior arrangement.Weather permitting breakfast can be served in the garden. M5 Exeter Devon - Road: From M5 Exeter Devon Leave the A30 at Bodmin taking the A38 towards Liskeard. Then B3269 Lostwithiel. At the junction with the A390 turn right towards St Austell after 1.5 miles take the left turn to Fowey 5 miles. Straight across at the Four Turnings roundabout towards Fowey town centre. Opposite the school turn left into Park Rd signed Hospital. At T junction right into Green Lane.Vicarage Meadow is second road on right. Artist s House is third on right. Please park on the drive.
