London House B&B is situated in the village of Barney which is just off the A148 midway between Fakenham and Holt. The property is a large Victorian house dating back to 1871 which was the village shop and post office. We feature comfortable accommodations in a quiet location with scenic views over fields and farmland approximately five minutes drive from the Thursford Spectacular. We offer well-maintained rooms with private shower room/toilet (not en-suite). Room amenities include free Wi-Fi TV hairdryer and tea- and coffee-making facilities. At the property you can spend time at the dining room/lounge area borrow from the library of books or relax in the sunny walled garden. We pride ourselves on being friendly and do great breakfast. Please note that we have a Labrador dog who is very friendly but if you are allergic to dogs be warned. Free off-road parking is available at the front of the house. From London House B&B North Norfolk Coast and its beaches are an easy drive away. The market town of Holt is a15-minute drive whilst Blickling Estate and Sandringham Estate are within 30 minutes by car. Norwich Airport is 22 miles away from the property.

Barney is situated just off the A148 Fakenham to Holt Road at the junction of the B1354 (Thursford). London House B&B is on the right hand side of The Street and was originally the village shop and post office. Look out for the shop front!
