Come and slip into the tranquility of rural life in our self-catering accommodation set in the picturesque Devon countryside complete with heated swimming pool. Our holiday cottage is located mid way between the cathedral city of Exeter and Cullompton and therefore a mere 5 minutes drive from the M5 Junction 28. This means our location is rural and quiet but still convenient to access major local businesses such as: Killerton House (2 miles) Exeter Airport (8 miles) Westpoint (10 miles) and all that Exeter has to offer such as Exeter University Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital Sowton Industrial Estate The Met Office etc. are less than 30 minutes drive. Our ideal location makes us popular with business guests and also holiday makers who are looking to explore our diverse county. The sandy beaches of the south coast such as Exmouth are a short drive alternatively head to the north coast beaches such as Woolacombe which are always popular with surfers. The National Trusts Killerton House is only a couple of miles away in Broadclyst and Knightshayes Court at Tiverton is also well worth a visit. Families are spoilt for choice but tend to love exploring Diggerland Quad World and Crealy Adventure Park. Honeysuckle cottage is comfortable and cosy with all the modern conveniences. The cottage is totally self-contained and has its own courtyard garden complete with BBQ. The conservatory leads into the spacious lounge-diner where the old oak beams enhance the traditional feel of this cottage. The lounge has a flat screen TV and DVD and the fitted kitchen is complete with microwave dishwasher fridge freezer etc. In addition to the bathroom there is an ensuite shower room in the double bedroom. The cottage sleeps up to six plus a cot. There is a twin or super king room as these beds can be zipped together to make a super king if requested and family room (double room with twin room leading off of it). Quality fittings and furnishings are used throughout and central heating is available at no extra charge. The outdoor heated swimming pool is available from mid May until late September and is always popular combined with our extensive play area which includes swings slides trampoline and climbing frames we pride ourselves on being extremely child friendly. Our family have been farming for generations we are very proud of our little corner of Devon and would be delighted to share it with you!

From Cullompton From junction 28 of the M5 follow the signs to Hele through Cullompton and along the B3181 towards Exeter (approx. 4 miles). At the Fagin s Antiques sign turn off right and follow this road towards Bradninch for mile around the elbow corner and then turn left and left again. From Exeter Leave Exeter on the B3181 towards Cullompton. This takes you through Pinhoe Broadclyst and Beare.
