The Guards hotel is perfectly located opposite Haymarket Station in Edinburgh s City Centre offering excellent accommodation and a warm welcome. We are pleased to announce the hotel is under new management. The Guard s Hotel is situated in a rowhouse in Edinburgh s West End just opposite the Haymarket Railway Station. It s a 1-minute walk from the Haymarket railway station and less than 2 miles from Edinburgh Castle. Princes Street is only 10 minutes away. The guests will find easy access to bus links into the city centre and Edinburgh Airport. The hotel is military themed and each room has TV tea/coffee making facilities a fridge with small freezer box can be provided. The room has a writing desk with a notepad and pen. There are bedside cabinets with side lights the room is en-suite with practical furnishings and free WiFi most have en suite bathrooms. A larger suite has a 4-poster bed. We have a number of elegant meeting rooms in different sizes for conferences and company events as well as beautiful dining rooms and cocktail areas for private receptions and special occasions like weddings training & team building events. We also have a bar on site perfect for a relaxing drink.
