Within sight of the Castle and Old Town and with undoubtedly some of the best views available in Edinburgh it s hard to believe that the bustling city centre is only a 15-minute drive away. All Ocean Serviced Apartments are non-smoking and are well-appointed to ensure the comfort and convenience of guests with comfy beds flat screen TV and DVD player WiFi access plus luxurious bath and powerful shower in the main bathroom. All linen and towels are provided and the Ocean Serviced Apartments are serviced once a week. A frequent bus service (every 15 minutes) connects Ocean Apartments to Edinburgh s city centre and for those who prefer to drive we offer free underground parking. Please note that Ocean Apartments do not accept any groups bookings. Please note bed linen is not provided for cots. Should you be arriving after 17:00 you must contact the property (at least 24 hours in advance) to arrange a late check-in. Please note that if a booking is made on the day of arrival after the reception is closed the property will require a photo or a scanned copy of the booker s photo ID. This document needs to be emailed through to the property. Once these details are received the property will then provide the guest with the instructions on how to gain access to their apartment. GROUPS INFORMATION Please note that Ocean Apartments does not permit party group bookings (sports teams hen and stag parties etc). Should it be discovered prior to check in that your booking is for a party group we reserve the right to cancel this booking. In this instance a full refund will be given. DAMAGE DEPOSITS Upon arrival Ocean Apartments reserves the right to a £100 or £200 pre-authorisation per apartment of a guest credit or debit card as security against any damage and incidentals.
