Grove Executive Apartments feature 24 luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments including 2 stunning Penthouses. Designed to our own specification the contemporary and bespoke collection of apartments provide an open plan lounge/dining area leading to a fully fitted kitchen. Stylish bedrooms and luxury bath or shower rooms with toiletries complete the package. All our two bedroom apartments incorporate a separate or bathroom for each bedroom - perfect for our corporate guests and our two penthouse apartments have a loft like living space providing truly spacious and well appointed accommodation. Our 3 studio apartments all have a clever and stylish glass partition feature wall to separate the bedroom and living area. Needless to say both living and sleeping spaces each have a flat screen television. p Apartments benefit from the latest technology with complimentary Wi-Fi access flat screen televisions featuring selected Sky Sports channels in the lounge and bedrooms and a full entertainment system including a DVD player and i-pod docking station. p Matching passport/drivers licence or photographic ID as well as a credit or debit card used for payment shall be required at check in for pre authorisation for £100-£200 (Security Deposit) per apartment as guarantee against any incidental charges such as telephone calls smoking damage within the apartment or communal areas or lost keys. Should the original credit card not be provided another card shall be required to make payment using the chip and PIN facility and the original card will be refunded This is carried out as part of our normal security checks in the interests of all guests to protect Fountain Court the booker and guests against credit card fraud. Cash or cheques will not be accepted. /p For bookings of 3 or more apartments different payment and cancellation policies may apply in correspondence with the rate booked. Fountain Court shall contact the customer directly upon booking with more information and additional supplements will apply.

From Edinburgh Airport take the A8 through Corstophine to Haymarket Terrace. Stay in the outside lane and continue on Torphichen Street following signs for the EICC. Carry on straight through the traffic lights at the top of Dewar Place onto Gardener s Crescent. At the roundabout turn right and then take the first right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is located a short distance down on the right. From the South take the A702 through Morningside and onto Bruntsfield Place that in turn leads onto Leven Street and Home Street. Take the second turning on the left after Gilmore Place marked Thornybauk (just after the Royal Bank of Scotland). Follow the road 200 yards until you get to a set of traffic lights. Turn left onto Fountainbridge and continue straight over the roundabout. Take the next turning on the right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is located a short distance down on the right. We re a five minute walk from the Edinburgh International Conference Centre a twenty minute walk to Edinburgh Castle and ten minutes to the West End of Princes Street.
