The guest house is located in a quite residential area. And it is close to Royal Commonwealth Pool Edinburgh University Conference Centre and student accommodation (Pollock Hall) Arthur s Seat. With frequent bus services you can reach Royal Mile Castle Holyrood Palace easily. If the weather allows walking to Royal Mile takes about 20 mins. br / br / br / br / There is unrestricted street parking available for our guests on unmarked street area. More parkings are available from 11am - 9:30am (next day). br / br / br / br / We are very much a family run business and have worked hard to establish a warm and welcoming environment for our guests endeavouring to ensure that they will want to return to visit us again and again.
