Meerut is set in three-quarters of an acre at the end of a small quiet gravel cul-de-sac off the main village street in the centre of Brockenhurst. The village stream runs just beyond the end of our large natural and peaceful garden. All three guest rooms have their own entrances from a patio at the rear of the house where there are tables/chairs decked areas a summerhouse and a gas barbecue for guest use. Rooms are comfortably furnished with quality beds pine furniture free wi-fi flatscreen TV s tea/coffee facilities hairdryers clock radios and individually controlled radiators. Two rooms have king-size beds and en-suite shower rooms and the third room has a double bed and private bathroom with dressing gowns. All shower/bathrooms are equipped with soft towels heated towel rails and shaver points. On the patio is a utility room that has a fridge/freezer with fresh milk bottled water ice and ice packs a microwave crockery cutlery wine glasses freezer bags picnic rugs and an iron/ironing board. There is also a summerhouse and gas barbecue for guest use.

Brockenhurst is on the A337 between Lyndhurst and Lymington approximately seven miles from junction 1 of the M27 motorway. The railway station is on the main London Waterloo to Bournemouth line with the journey taking around one hour forty minutes. Although the station is just five minutes walk away we are happy to arrange your collection on request.
