So you can enjoy your holiday not having to drive at night. Just ask Murat our property manager to arrange for you. Onsite Manager who cleans the pool daily and looks after the gardens. You can pick your own fresh fruit or vegetables from our garden, and enjoy some organic fruit and Vegetables. Just ask Mehmet to show you. (They are on the house:). It is a large popular resort which lies at one end of a rocky promontory and is bordered along the front by two beautiful beaches, the 13 kilometer long eastern beach and the three kilometer long western beach, named Cleopatra beach. This beach was named after the famous Egyptian Queen Cleopatra. It is suggested that the Egyptian Queen had taken her morning dips near this beach.

1. All homes are cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival

2. Property's price includes reasonable use of utilities but NOT pool heating, hot tub/spa heating. An additional charge will be made for these services.

3. Animals/pets are strictly not permitted.

4. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible.

5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children.

6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences.

7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm.

8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so.

9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement

10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home.

11. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
