The property has a balcony where one can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the alpine scenery in both summer and winter. Chateaux doex provides year round fun with numerous activities for all. The town has a large co op supermarket with a good range to select from, plus a couple of lovely local bakeries. There are several good restaurants in the town, La Gare which offers steaks on a stone, La Poste, another restaurant serving good local foods and The Bear which also has a great menu.2 hour train ride from Geneva and 2.5 hour train ride from Basel.A Superb ski region with 250 km pistes, 66 lifts/cable ways and nurseries.
