Magnificent villa with a private pool, a jacuzzi and spectacular views!This 17th century Catalonian country home is perfect for family reunions, conferences, wedding guests or groups of friends. It has everything you'll need, including WiFi, a private pool and even a jacuzzi in one of the rooms!This spectacular 400 m2 home -ideal for 20 people- sits on a 3000 m2 estate and includes ten bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a kitchen, two living rooms, a dining room, a terrace, a garden and a pool. There are nine bedrooms with queen size beds, plus one with two single beds. All the bedrooms have a TV, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. Eight of the ten bathrooms have bathtubs, two have a shower and one also has a jacuzzi. The independent kitchen is completely equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. One of the living rooms have two comfortable sofas and a chimney. The other has two sofas and a plasma TV. The dining room is spacious, with a large table and 14 chairs. There are also other rooms with tables and chairs that are perfect for meetings and conferences.Outside is an enormous terrace (ideal for outdoor events) and a lovely pool where you can relax on hot days. Twelve deck chairs with umbrellas sit around the pool. There is also a quiet traditional Chinese medical center in the adjoining building, which has a separate entrance.The home has WiFi and air conditioning throughout and a gym, sauna and tennis court nearby. There is also outdoor parking for up to 6 vehicles. Nearby attractions:Nestled near the town of Sant Gregori, this home is surrounded by three hectares of woods to explore. The natural beauty of the La Crosa Volcano and the hiking trails of the Puig de la Banya del Boc park are just 11 km away. And the nearby city of Girona is full of stores, restaurants, art, history and museums, such as the Antic Hospital de Santa Caterina and the Museu del Cinema-Collecció Tomàs Mallo. The city also has well-preserved medieval and Jewish neighborhoods. The Vall d'en Bas natural park is 15 km away and the Girona airport is just 10 km.
