Welcome to this fantastic town house in Vilafranca de Bonany, where 6 guests can enjoy its special character and the beautiful garden with private pool. No matter this is a town house in the interior of Mallorca because our guests will still enjoy the true essence of a dream-like garden that also accommodates an impressive salt water pool that sizes 10 x 5 metres with a water depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. The simple lawn with sun loungers around is full of fruit trees and an exterior shower together with a fantastic furnished porch, where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue or relax at the extended chill-out zone reading a book, complete this area.The inside is an extraordinary mixture of styles of the authentic and rustic Mallorcan furniture together with modern touches here and there that bring a singular charm to the place. On the ground floor, you find a living room with a TV (Smart TV) where you can rest. The magnificent dining-kitchen, that could be taken from a design magazine, features a gas as well as ceramic top and views to the pool. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with independent tub and shower and a bedroom. Upstairs you find a second sitting room with a TV-set and AC, two more bedrooms and a shower bathroom. All rooms boast a double bed, space for a cot and a high chair and a fan.The property is near the centre of the town where you will find all public services and shops that you may need, although you rather you head to Manacor for the big shopping. Regarding the beaches, the nearest one is in Porto Cristo, about 27 km away, where you will be delighted with the fine golden sand of the beach with crystalline waters.
