We offer for rent a two bedroom apartment in the urbanization of "Los Leandros" in the lovely beach resort of La Mata. The apartment is spread out over 69 m2 consisting of a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a French style kitchen and a private balcony. It is equipped with furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels.On the balcony there is outdoor furniture. There is air conditioning in the living room and in each room there is a ceiling fan. Spanish television is also available. In the urbanization there is a lovely well maintained communal pool. The beach of La Mata is about 10 minutes away on foot. The nearest bars and cafes are 150 meters away, and the famous "Barlovento" seafood restaurant is about 600 meters away. There are bars, eateries, supermarket and local amenities all in walking distance . The property sleeps up to of 6 people. Pets are not allowed and smoking is only permitted on the balcony.The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros.
