Fantastic semi-detached house for 6 people, with partial sea views in Son Serra de Marina. It is perfect for those who love the beach since they will reach it in about 600 metres. This wonderful summer house offers two beautiful terraces, one in each side of the house, that become privileged corners where our guests could spend magical moments. In one of them you find the perfect place to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the early morning or a succulent barbecue with family or friends. On the other side, the second terrace is ideal to relax while admiring the sea and the peace of the streets and the people of this coastal urbanisation.With two floors, this accommodation offers a practical room with AC that combines kitchen, dining and living room, where you can cook your best dishes on the ceramic top while you set the table, watch TV or enjoy the family chatting. Right here, you will also find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. The main floor is completed with a shower bathroom and with a bedroom with a double bed. The upper floor features 3 more bedrooms with exit to a cosy balcony with views to the sea. Two of them have single beds and the last one has a double bed. All bedrooms have a closet, and two of them have a fan too. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair in one of the single bedrooms. There is another bathroom upstairs and it has a tub.Son Serra de Marina is a family residential area that mainly attracts those who are searching calm and beach and families, but also those who love practising water sports. The nearby beach, about 600 metres away is of rocks, sand and pebbles and it still is a quite virgin beach. You'll find some restaurants ans basic services here but you will have to head to Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcudia to bigger shopping, since these are much livelier areas.
