Pleasant air conditioned apartment with large terrace in Salou's animated centre, close to the main beaches and to all the facilities and activities available in the seaside resort. Spacious, comfortable and especially functional, this apartment counts with two pretty double bedrooms, the main one with double bed, a big storage closet and an air conditioning device and the second one with two single beds and a modern closet, a complete bathroom with a shower and many cupboards, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, big fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, cooktop, much storage area, etc..., independent yet opened to the living room with dining area, double sofa-bed and a second air conditioning device.. In the living room, just as in the main bedroom, there are wide picture windows allowing direct way out to the apartment's terrace, covered and furnished with table, chairs, sun blind and an overall view onto Salou's centre. On the fifth floor of the residence (elevator), this is a bright property. Equipped for a comfortable stay with a flat screen television, complete household appliances, sofa-bed in the living room, closet in each bedroom, sun blinds on the terrace, etc..., it includes the air conditioning (two devices : main bedroom and living room) and a private parking spot to be found in the next door residence where you have free access to the community swimming pool (available from 15/06 to 15/09). This property is very well located, in the very heart of Salou's animated area and really close to one of its major shopping streets, Avenida Carlos Buigas, with its many bars, restaurants, Burger King, little supermarkets, shops, music bars, nightclubs, etc... A few metres from the residence you'll find a big games room as well as a mini-golf course. The closest beach, Playa Capellans, is easily accessible walking, only 400 metres from the residence, just at the end of Calle Valls, where the residence is located and you can easily reach the other beaches in Salou thanks to the "Camino de Ronda", fitted out for a few years now. The Port Aventura and Ferrari Land theme parks are only 5 minutes from there and you can go either by car, by bus, with the little tourist train or by feet.
