Amazing villa with large swimming pool and bbq near Llucmajor, divided in two houses, a main house with three bedrooms up to 6 people and a pool house up to 4 people. It has been recently renovated to offer you the best qualities.In the main house you can find the common areas, such as the living room and the kitchen and it also three bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The bedroom on the first floor is double, with double bed, but can be divided into two single beds and has a full bathroom en suite. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with double bed. Also there is a bathroom on the ground floor. The entrance to the house is a living room with fireplace. Also it has another living room with TV. The kitchen is very spacious with a large table for 8 people.The pool house has 40m2 with two sofa beds, a bathroom with shower and TV, with capacity to accommodate 4 more people in both sofas. The house is located next to the pool and it will be available for bookings for more then 8 people. If you're interested in the house but you're less than 6 people, you could use it doing a booking for 8 people (50€ extra per day).In the outside of the villa, you can relax in the pool and admire the beautiful views of the "mallorquín" countryside. An amazing large pool, garden with BBQ and chill area just in front of the house. It is a very peaceful area so you will enjoy your stay in a fantastic place.It is a typical Mallorcan country house, located 10 minutes from the airport. It is in the countryside, ideal for rest and you will be really isolated in a very private area.This accommodation is perfect for couples, adventurers, families (with children), large groups. It is also ideal for travelers who like cycling or playing golf.
