Welcome to this beautiful rural house on the outskirts of Lloseta, from where you can see the Tramuntana mountains. The house exteriors are fabulous. There is a pool of 8 x 4 m, with a minimum depth of 0.9 m and a maximum depth of 2.10 m, six deck-chairs to relax, and a small garden where children can play and have fun. You can also enjoy the variety of fruit trees planted on the property: fig, orange, apple, etc. For foodies, there is a barbecue underneath a small porch, where you can cook delicious dishes. There is a large porch of 30 m2 fully-equipped with a table and chairs and a bench with a table. In the exteriors you will find a small house which is kept closed. The interiors of this ground-floor house of 150 m2 are very nice, and accommodates up to 6 people. There are three bedrooms, all with a double bed and countryside views (one bedroom has air conditioning). Two cots are availability in case you need them. There are two bathrooms with shower to serve the whole house. The cosy living room is ideal for relaxing while watching TV by the fireplace. The dining room is fully-equipped with a table, chairs and a sofa. The separate kitchen, with glass-ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils to cook. The washing machine is in the kitchen. There is an iron and an ironing board. Lloseta is a village located in the Tramuntana. It is a few km from Inca, a town where you will find everything you need for your stay: bars, restaurants, pubs, local shops, international shops, crafts, banks, pharmacies, hospital, sports centres, etc. Every Thursday, a large market is held around Inca's main streets, full of textiles, fruits, vegetables, homemade sausages, ceramics, etc. Just a 30-minute drive away, you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort, two great spots to enjoy their beaches, eat at restaurants, see the sunset, or just walk around the Can Picafort's promenade to the port. Nearby there are also the areas of Port d'Alcúdia and Pollença.
