Wonderful villa with private swimming pool and capacity for 6-8 people, located just a few kilometres from Gandia.Welcome to this unique and original villa which counts with 3 bedrooms, all of them with double beds. One has an en suite bathroom and a basic kitchenette, so it is almost like an apartment, which has direct access to the terrace and pool. There is a double sofa bed in the living room where 2 additional guests can sleep. There is another bathroom with bath in the house.Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning and in the third room there is a radiator for cold months. But normally, during the whole year you will enjoy the excellent Mediterranean weather and the view from the mountains.Sit down and relax in the wonderful living room, which has been taken care to the last detail and it is surrounded by genuine stone. You can relax while watching TV, listening to music or surfing the internet (WIFI).The kitchen shares space with the dining and living room. It is very well equipped; with all the electric appliances and utensils you may need during your stay. There is a table and seats for all of you to get together and enjoy meals, as well as two sofas and armchairs which are very comfortable.Outside it is wonderful; go out to the terrace, make a barbecue, swim in the swimming pool or just relax in any corner of the garden, which is very well kept and has sculptures and fountains with many plants and trees. It is also illuminated by night.The private salt-water swimming pool has a size of 8 x 7 metres and has the shape of a heart. Admire the distant views to the sea and to the mountains, and relax on the sunbeds while sunbathing. There is a sledge as well as many other games for children.This charming villa was built inside the mountain, on a place with distant views to the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the small villages of La Safor region. It mixes rustic furniture with stones, comfort and originality. The place is very peaceful, and perfectly meets the needs of someone seeking tranquillity and calm. The village of Ador is located on the south-east of Gandía, on the left side of Serpis River and a few steps from Ador Mountain Range. The river separates the village of Ador from the village of Vilallonga. A highlight of the area is the Monastery route, which can be done by foot, cycling or either riding a horse.In the Mountain Range of Ador there are many beautiful landscapes, such as "Barranc" and "Font de Lloret". The nature educational space "Serra d'Ador" is a reference in Ecology and is also a student accommodation. There is also a 6 km hiking route in this area and you can visit the cave "Cova Figueral", where there are archaeological remains from the Neolithic period.Pets weighing no more than 30 kg are allowed at the property.Note: We do not accept groups of people under 25 years old.
