The large top floor balcony is common to two bedrooms and has two sun loungers, ideal for relaxing with the ocean as a backdrop.The lower floor also offers another balcony and the view is superb in either of the two: the Atlantic and the sea promenade - in some days to enjoy the scenery that invites to pleasant conversations during the setting of the sun, and others to down and enjoy a relaxing walk in the late afternoon even at the door.It is within that floor are the other rooms: living room and dining room, kitchen, one bathroom and laundry.This duplex also offers parking for one car, and kitchen and laundry equipped.THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEWThe Lido is typically known as a tourist area and it is no accident.
