Located in the Gion area guests at Sakura-an can experience living in Kyoto by renting out an entire Japanese-style Machiya Townhouse. You can look out into the private garden and enjoy a complimentary green tea or coffee. Most rooms in the property have tatami (woven-straw) floors and Gion Shijo Train Station is a 5-minute walk away.The townhouse is air-conditioned and comes with a flat-screen TV a safety deposit box and a living room area with low tables and tatami (woven-straw) floors. The bedroom has wooden floors and Western beds while the kitchen provides a microwave an electric kettle and a fridge. A cypress wood bath is available in the en suite bathroom and some guests sleep in Japanese futon bedding on tatami (woven-straw) floors.Sakura-an Inn is a 10-minute walk from Kawaramachi Train Station and a 15-minute walk from Yasaka Shrine.
