This holiday apartment is located just a few minutes from Lake Garda and only 2 km from the beautiful town of Toscolano Maderno. The accommodation is set on the first floor in a historic building (former monastery) - "Villa Caprera" in a panoramic position above a Limonaia and is accessible via two flights of stairs (no elevator). The city centre of Maderno and all services are easily accessible. The area is ideal for walking or mountain biking. Alternatively you can visit the picturesque villages of the lake (jetty at 1 km distance) or practice sports such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing, diving. A golf course is just 7.5 km from here and there are also hiking and mountain biking trails as well as possibility of horeseback riding. Nearby you will also find nature parks and water parks, ideal for the amusement of young people and adults. Art and history lovers should visit the famous "Vittoriale degli Italiani", the home of Gabriele D'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera (4 km) and the new "MU.SA" museum in Salò (5 km). Here you will also find good shopping possibilities. At Gardone Riviera in a paradisiac garden where plants from all over the world are hosted, Andrè Heller has opened the doors of his Garden for visitors, so you will have the opportunity to make an unusual journey in a world that combines nature and art.
