VILLA LUCA is a wonderful three-storey villa that sleeps 11 people, situated in a peaceful location just a few minutes from the centre. The villa is around 200 square meters in size and comes with a garden, large private terraces, parking, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.You'll be around 1 km from the centre of Sorrento, where you can find restaurants and shops. You'll also find the bus stop just 250 m away and the closest beach around 650 m away.You won't need a car during your stay at Villa Luca. However, if you come by car you'll be able to park for free inside the villa gates.From the parking area, there are nine small steps leading up into Villa Luca.THE FIRST TERRACE is spacious and partially shaded by a wooden canopy; it is furnished with a table and chairs, sofas, sun loungers, and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you'll enjoy a view of the garden.GROUND FLOORTHE KITCHEN is fitted with a five-hob gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge-freezer, television, dishwasher, microwave, moka, espresso coffee machine, a fryer and a kettle. The dining table seats four people. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace.THE LOUNGE is spacious and bright. Here you'll find a table for four people, three sofas, armchairs, a television, DVD player, piano, desk, a decorative fireplace, and a radio. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the lounge you have access to a veranda furnished with a sofa and a dining table for six people.THE FIRST BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, WC, bidet, shower cubicle, and hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is from the corridor.THE FIRST ENSUITE BEDROOM contains a single bed. The bathroom is fitted with a sink and WC. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.FIRST FLOOR (through a 20 step flight of stairs)THE SECOND BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, WC, bidet, a bathtub with shower, and a hairdryer. From the terrace you may admire a beautiful view of the city and the sea in the distance.Important things to know- Tourist Tax: 3,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.- Damage deposit: 200,00 Euros.
