The hotel is situated in a quiet suburban area in the South of Rome. The Piazza Venezia is just a 30-minute drive away and there are a number of bars and restaurants to be found close by, as well as links to the city's public transport network. Torvajanica beach is just a half hour's drive away. Ciampino Airport is around 12 km away and Leonardo da Vinci Airport is approximately 15 km from the hotel.The hotel was renovated in 2006 and offers guests a warm and friendly atmosphere. Facilities on offer include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a bar, a TV room, room and laundry services and parking for those arriving by car.The recently renovated rooms each come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, as well as a direct dial telephone, a colour TV with pay per view, Internet access, a minibar, a double bed, a safe, central heating and centrally regulated air conditioning.Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet.From Termini train station, take the metro (line B) and get out at ""Eur Fermi"", then from ""Eur Fermi"" take bus 71, 705 or 706 and get off at the first bus stop on Via Pontina. From there walk for about another 400 m (cross the Via Pontina, there is a blue bridge that you must walk over to reach the other side). When arriving by car take the ring road (in this direction it is called """"Grande Raccordo Anulare) and take exit 26 towards Pomezia Latina then after around 500 metres take the street adjacent to Via Pontina (there is a sign for ""Mostacciano/Spinaceto""), keep straight ahead for another 200 m and then turn off and drive under the bridge (turning to the left) onto another street adjacent to Via Pontina but on the other side, now take the first street on the right (called Via di Valleranello).
