This holiday home was obtained from a farm divided into two units communicating via an external staircase and rented together with the code ITG301. It is immersed in the woods, about 2 km from Sticciano (Roccastrada, Grosseto). Here you will spend your holidays in a quiet place, with a beautiful view of the countryside, which gives families the opportunity to relax in privacy. A large outdoor area with games for children, a small above ground pool, swing, tables and a large barbecue will allow you to enjoy nice moments outdoors. The accomodation comprises four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room with kitchenette on the ground floor and one on the first floor. In the village of Sticciano is an excellent restaurant with typical cuisine, on the wine route of Monteregio. Possibility to make beautiful walks on foot or by bike, or to reach the sea of the Tuscan coast at 35 km. The most beautiful Tuscan cities are perfect destinations for your day trips: Siena (70 km) with the wonderful Piazza del Campo; Florence (130 km) with its immense cultural richness; Pisa (150 km) with its charming Piazza dei Miracoli and the world famous Leaning Tower.Pets are not allowed in this property.
