Approx. 1 km far the little village of Pieve a Presciano endowed with restaurants and other small food shops. The road to reach the house (approx. 1 km ) is unmade but suitable for every kind of car. The house location is ideal to visit the main Tuscan cities such as Arezzo (20 km far), Siena (45 km far) and Firenze (60 km far).Wide green space with pool and equipped gazebo. All around the house a wide green area, where for the exclusive use of the guests, are the swimming pool (size m 6x12 - depth m 1,40), an equipped gazebo with table and chairs to eat outside, the table tennis and a barbecue.
