===== Exterior =====Three charming units situated on a large 10-hectare estate owned by an internationally renowned Italian sculptor (who leaves on the premises in a prestigious Florentine house dating back to the XVI century). Most of the owner's work of arts are exhibited in the park surrounding the property creating a beautiful open-air museum. This property is approx. 500 m away from the village of Monteverdi Marittima that is accessible via a small road running along the estate. All of the apartments have been carefully restored with a large use of travertine, the owner's favorite material, and are simply furnished with some ancient pieces, artistic ceramics and owner's decorations in every room. This property comprises 8 units, a large pool and a charming covered pool with a nice solarium terrace. Additional bedrooms are available for rent (upon request) in the main house.
