The hotel is a modern hotel that overlooks the sea, located in the center of the seaside resort. It has 130 rooms/apartments pleasantly furnished with a modern style, most of all completely renovated on April 2012. Studio apartments are divided into 2 to 4 beds with bedroom and living room with sofa bed and bedroom for 4 to 5 beds with separate master bedroom from the living room. All the rooms are provided with the best facilities. Montesilvano, a pretty town on the borders of the modern and vibrant Pescara, the strong tourist. There are restaurants, chalets, a multiplex cinema and a bike path that runs through the waterfront. Directly overlooking the sea, with its beach private sandy, shallow water that descends gradually, equipped with umbrellas and chairs.
