VILLA FELICE is an elegant and welcoming two-storey villa, which faces the sun and the sea. It 7 seven people. From Villa Felice, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and of the island of Capri. The villa is 100 square metres. It features panoramic terraces, a private swimming pool, air conditioning, winter heating and Wi-Fi Internet.You will be roughly 2 km from the centre of Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, shops and the public transportation. The nearest grocery shop is about 600 metres away (on request, you can have groceries delivered to the villa), and the closest beach (Marina di Puolo) about 4 km. Sorrento is about 6 km away.To stay at Villa Felice, you will need a car. You will be able to park it nearby, free of charge or for a fee (depending on availability), along the street. Villa Felice is reached from the parking area along a small street about 200 metres long and going up four small stairs.Villa Felice is situated in a quiet location away from the tourist spots and ideal for discovering the wonders of the area.THE SWIMMING POOL is 5 metres long by 4 metres wide and 1.40 metres deep. It is open from April until the end of October. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun chairs, umbrellas, sun loungers, a hammock, a ping-pong table, garden furniture, a barbecue and an outside eating area. THE FIRST BATHROOM is equipped with an external shower, a WC and a sink. You will reach the bathroom from the swimming pool area.THE TERRACE is about 20 square metres wide. It is equipped with a table with chairs, a sofa and a coffee table. The terrace can be accessed from the swimming pool area and from the living room.GROUND FLOORTHE LIVING ROOM furnishings are modern and comfortable. There is a double sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, satellite television, a DVD player, a DVD library, a Bluetooth speaker and books. The room is equipped with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi Internet. THE KITCHEN is equipped with all necessary appliances. It has an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a table with chairs, a toaster, kettle, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher and many other small appliances. The kitchen is reached from the living room.THE SECOND BATHROOM is a half bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a WC and a washing machine. The bathroom is reached from the living room.FIRST FLOORTHE FIRST BEDROOM has a queen-size bed and a television. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you can access a balcony with a nice view of the sea and the island of Capri. The bedroom is accessed from the hallway.THE SECOND BEDROOM has two single beds. On request, a third single bed can be added. There is also a television. The room is equipped with an air conditioning and heating unit. The bedroom is reached from the hallway.THE THIRD BATHROOM is equipped with a Jacuzzi, sink, WC and bidet. The room has a window with a nice view of the sea and of the island of Capri. The bathroom is reached from the hallway.Things to know:- Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 euros will be applied.- Damage deposit: 300,00€.
