A few minutes from the shores of Lake Garda, in the village of Gardone Riviera "alta", lies this nice holiday apartment on the second floor (without elevator) inside an ancient building. The living room and the bedrooms overlook the main square of the village of Gardone Riviera and you can enjoy the view of the lake and the surrounding hills. A small room is dedicated to children with various games. The sleeping area is accessible via 3 steps. Just 50 meters away are restaurants and bars, and the apartment is located opposite the entrance to the famous Vittoriale degli Italiani, home of Gabriele D'Annunzio. In the area you can practice sports such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing, diving, golf course at just 10 km, trekking and mountain biking, horse riding centers. The location of the house is ideal to reach Salò (2 km), the lakeside of Gardone Riviera "bassa" (800 m) and the ferry that will take you to the Veronese side with its villas and amusement parks for children and adults. Salò with the brand new historical museum "MU.SA", the historical center and the lakefront is at about 2 km, Padenghe sul Garda (9 km), with its famous olive oil and the DOC wines, and Sirmione at 30 km with the thermal baths.
