Located in the historic center of Galatina, a few meters from Piazza San Pietro and the main monuments of the city. The building, made with stone of Lecce, is an integral part of the ancient walls of Galatina, it was built in the second half of 1800, it develops on ground floor and first floor. The entire building has been the subject of a restoration just completed. The double rooms and suites, are all with private bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, LED TV, wireless network, mini fridge, hairdryer and a large balcony, are furnished with sobriety, elegance and attention to details. The buffet breakfast, typically Italian, is enriched by the flavors and products of Salento, and is served in the dining room with its characteristic barrel vault. The B&B has no reception, so the guests have to communicate always the arrival time.
Location
Kaleidos is located in the heart of the historic center of Galatina, a few steps from the Church of SS. Peter and Paul, from the famous Basilica of Saint Catherine, from the "Lamp without Light" of the sculptor Gaetano Martinez, from baroque churches of Madonna del Carmine e dell'Addolorata and many other small and large treasures of the city. Lecce is 20 km away. Gallipoli is located about 22 Km. Santa Maria di Leuca is located at 45 Km. Otranto, small jewel of the Adriatic Sea, is approximately 30 km away.
Rooms
On the first floor of the building there are two double rooms with bathrooms and two suites composed by a double bedroom, large living room with sofa bed, bathroom and walk-in closet. A double bedroom is located on the ground floor. Finely decorated with antique furniture and completely devoid of architectural barriers, it is easily accessible to persons with disabilities, having also a dedicated bathroom. It can also accommodate a third bed.
