This semi-detached house lies just 30 meters from the sea and on the seafront of Donnalucata, a tourist district of Scicli and a small fishing village. The house, located on the ground floor with access from the seafront, is a fisherman's house which the owner has intentionally left intact inside, providing it with a simple but functional furniture. Very nice ist the veranda, just 30 meters from the sea, where you can relax on deckchairs or have lunch while enjoying the sea view. The small fishing village Donnalucata has become in recent years a beloved tourist destination, it still retains glimpses of village life with the morning market where you can buy the fresh fish caught during the night, small shops selling fruit and vegetables and characteristic ancient shops. Restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, bars and supermarkets offer all kinds of services. Located between the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse, this is an excellent starting point to visit the beauties of both provinces: the city of Syracuse (60 Km) with its historical past; Noto, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla for the baroque masterpieces of the Val di Noto; Pozzallo and Marzamemi with many clubs for a funny nightlife, after spending pleasant days at the beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water.
