Sea views, good sized pool, and plenty of outdoor space, where you can just relax by the pool, soaking up the Puglian sunshine.===== Interior =====As you enter the Trullo everything is designed for ease and whilst the kitchen is tucked into a corner of the trullo it is fully functional. With everything from a kettle, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine.Ideal for a family with small children. Or friends holidaying together. Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities.From the lounge there is the master bedroom with a four poster bed, A/C with lots of natural sunlight. There is a settee in the lounge, and a second bedroom, with double bed, A/C.Many original features, with nooks and crannies filled with ornaments reflecting the local stone and pottery, which is the trade mark of Puglia.In the lounge there is a table and chairs, should you choose to have breakfast indoors, a wall mounted TV and Air Conditioning.Beautiful, quaint, and just wonderful...............its a great setting for those who like some peace and quiet, but not too isolated from the local towns.Lots of things to do during the summer if you have children, from the famous Zoo Safari, to the excellent water parks. If you can pull yourself away from the Trullo, please sample the local cuisine, which is why Puglia is visited by thousands of tourists year on year.A truly stunning trullo in which to spend your summer vacation.===== Apartment Policies =====CHECH-IN/CHECK-OUT:Check-in time is after 5 P.M. and Check-out is 10 A.M. - NO Early Check-in or late checkout.For the check-in made between 8 and 10 P.M. you could be charged of up to € 50.For the check-in made after 10 P.M. you could be charged of up to € 100.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guest is limited to 4 person.MINIMUM STAY: This property requires a 7 night minimum stay during peak season (July/August). During all the other season, on request, we can apply a 4 night minimum stay. SECURITY DEPOSIT:A security deposit of € 1000,00 for damage is required. It is fully refundable 2 working days later the time of departure, provided the following provisions are met:- No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear;- No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents of services rendered during the stay;- All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are cleaned and the fridge empty. In case a penality of 100€ will be charged;- All keys are left at the owner (or representative of the owner);- All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure;- No linen are lost or damaged;- The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local enforcement.INCLUSIVE FEES / HEATINGRates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Facilities fees are included in te rental rate. Due to the small rates during the winter time, Heating will be charged according to its consumption. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE:While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, we suggest you bring beach towels. FALSIFIED BOOKING:Any booking obtained under false pretense will be subjected to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS:Any exceptions to the above mentined policies must be approved in writing in advance.FIREPLACES:Firepleces if present are turned off from April the 1st to October 15th; they are not operational during this time of the year. Please do not throw any paper of other combustible materials in the fireplace.WATER AND SEPTIC:This property have a well and a septic system. Th mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The water is not drinkable. We sugest you to buy mineral water. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other that toilet paper. No femminine products should be flushed at anytime.
