Lanchid 19 Hotel; named after Budapest's famed "Chain Bridge" which spans the Danube, the hotel is a contemporary highlight in a neighbourhood of predominately 19th century architecture. This contrast is indicative of Budapest's evolving character, one which celebrates both past and present. The architect and design team of Peter Sugar, Laszlo Benczur and Laszlo Kara created a moveable accordion-like glass facade, further animated by the changing colours of an innovative lighting design concept.* Please note that the hotel cannot be accessed by car from the 29th of April.Lanchid street will be renewed in the next 3 months and it will be closed for cars (except for cabs/taxis). In the case of guests arriving by own car, the hotel supplies parking facilities at Rácz Spa (N: 47.49074 ; E: 19.04338 ) and it will provide the transportation to the hotel, which will take about 3-4 minutes.
