The specific address and directions will be sent to you along with your reservation confirmation. What to Expect:All homes, townhomes, and condos are completely equipped with cable TV's, DVD's and/or VCR's, internet service, kitchen appliances, phones, silverware, plates, sheets, towels, washers/dryers, initial supply of guest soap and cleaning supplies. The small "consumable" items like toilet paper (other than an initial supply), guest soap, dishwashing soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, spices, coffee, sugar, cream, etc, are not provided. You will be responsible to provide any needed supplies. We suggest you bring your own beach towels for the pool and personal toiletries. Staying in a vacation home differs slightly from staying in a regular hotel. Vacation homes are cleaned/inspected before and after your arrival. Each home has a washing machine and a vacuum to tidy up during your stay. Daily service is available for an additional fee and you can schedule the service, in advance, on any day(s) during your stay. Travel Protection & Cancellation Penalties:Vacation homes, condos and townhomes can incur severe cancellation penalties, and we suggest you purchase travelers insurance with your travel agent in case you need to cancel your reservation. No Smoking Policy:For your comfort all properties are Non-Smoking. Smoking is allowed on the patio. Swimming Pools & Pool Heat:Never leave children unattended. Door alarms are installed on the doors leading into the pool area. Do not tamper with these life saving devices. A penalty of $500 fine and/or 1-Year in jail if devices are disabled. Swimming pools are provided free of charge, an optional pool heating fee is charged $175 per week, plus tax. Pool heat may not function if the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees.
