Please note that a security deposit of 100 EUR via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation and cover incidentals during your stay. The property owner will contact you after you book to provide bank transfer instructions. The deposit will be refunded after your holiday with deduction according to electricity usage, which is calculated at the local rate for the Larnaca district. Please inform St. Lazaros Seaside Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
