The cardholder needs to be present upon check in alternatively a pre-authorisation of the occupier s card will be needed at the front desk. Should this not be possible the guest will not be checked in and no refund will be given. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card subject to an inspection of the property. Bonds are required from single sex groups booking into hotel. 3 - 4 guests £150. 00 5 - 8 guests £250. 00 9 or more guests £350. 00 Bonds can be paid by pre-authorization of credit/debit card payable on arrival. Pets are allowed. There is a pet fee £15 per pet per day (maximum £30 per stay).

How to get there - By Road - Good road link with M27 and M3 London - 106 miles. Approaching Bournemouth from the A338 turn left at the first roundabout (St Paul s Roundabout) - this takes you past an ASDA Superstore. At the next roundabout (Bournemouth Station Roundabout) go straight across. Same again at the next roundabout (St Swithin s Roundabout). This takes you into Gervis Road. Halfway down Gervis Road there is a mini roundabout - go straight across and you will find The Quality Hotel is the first hotel on the left past the Brittannia Hotel on the corner. By Rail - 100 minutes from London (Waterloo) to Bournemouth Central. Taxis may be hired from the rank outside the station. There are ample buses which drop off at the St Peter s Roundabout - the Hotel is a 2 minute walk from there. Alternatively the Hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the Station. By Air - Bournemouth International Airport is only a 20 minute drive with Southampton (Eastleigh ) Airport 30 miles away.
