You'll be staying in the town of Mošćenička Draga, only 150m from the beach. Your villa offers some amazing views across Kvarner Bay. The town centre with its cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, sports facilities and a promenade, is only 700m away. Villa Salvia is set in well-maintained, enclosed, 950-m2 grounds and consists of three floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a 'taverne' with kitchen, open fireplace, dining table and bathroom. The perfect place to enjoy a nice meal together. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room with lounge and dining table, a balcony offering magnificent views across the sea, and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace. This floor also features one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a storage room and a separate toilet. The indoor swimming pool with shower and separate toilet is situated in an adjacent building that can be accessed via the kitchen terrace or via a separate entrance. On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which also features a balcony and a bath with hydromassage, as well as a lounge area opening out into the back garden. This is also where you'll find an additional apartment, which has a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The apartment also comes with its own furnished terrace, BBQ and a slide. The third floor (attic) features a children's bedroom/playroom. The last stretch of the road leading to Villa Salvia is steep and narrow.Interesting sights in the area include the Kvarner Riviera with towns like Lovran (9 km), the exclusive seaside resort of Opatija (15 km) and the vibrant harbour town of Rijeka (29 km). And the Kvarner Islands of Cres and Losinj are just around the corner. There's a regular ferry service to these stunning islands from Brestova (15 km).
