This quiet, luxurious villa with heated indoor pool, sauna and roof terrace is situated on the private estate of the owner, who lives in the adjacent house. This villa has modern furnishings and features all modern amenities. The house is very light because of the large windows. During colder days it's lovely to spend an evening by the fireplace, or to relax in the sauna. But of course you could also swim a few laps in the indoor pool. In summer you can enjoy the rooftop terrace, which offers stunning panoramic views. The children will enjoy themselves in the playroom or on the swing and slide in the enclosed garden, while you prepare for a successful barbecue. This villa is especially suited for families. For your daily shoppingyou can go to the supermarket, located at just 500 metres. Shops and restaurants can be found at the same distance. Several walking trails start from the villa, some of them leading to the nearby forest. This region offers many activities and attractions: Dinant on the Meuse (22 km) with its citadel, the valley of the Molignée, Maredsous Abbey (15 km), the villages of Falaën and Sosoye and of course the capital of Wallonia: Namur. Swimming pool informationThe swimming pool with sauna is accessible through a door using an access code and is available between 9 am and 9 pm. The owner reserves the right to have you sign a document concerning your liability. Please don't leave unattended children at the pool. Capacity informationFor safety reasons and because of the insurance, the maximum amount of people in the house is 9 (incl. babies). Overcrowding is not allowed in any way.
