This beautiful detached chalet is located on the border between Salzburgerland and Tyrol, on a side road of the old road between Königsleiten and Wald. The unique and private location is really wonderful and the view is breathtaking.The furnishings of this house may be a bit dated, but it is functional and neat in every respect. In addition to a spacious living room and a separate kitchen with dining room, you have at least 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for the whole family to use. From the foyer you reach the beautiful covered terrace, where you have a breathtaking vista. There is a spacious garden all around the house where you can fully enjoy yourself in summer.Thanks to the central location of the spacious holiday home, you have three ski resorts to choose from. With the 'Salzburger Super Ski Card' you can enjoy limitless skiing in the three ski resorts with just one ski pass. There are nearly 400 km of pistes in total just a few minutes from the Chalet: Zillertal Arena (Hoch Krimml - Königsleiten) 10-15 minutes away, Wildkogel Arena (Neukirchen) 15 minutes away, and Kitzbühel Arena (Hollersbach) 25 minutes away. Even in the summer this Chalet is an ideal base for an active holiday (including canyoning, mountaineering, mountain biking, hiking tours and wildwater tubing), or for simply enjoying the sun on the large outdoor terrace. The chalet is set in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park with its stunning natural beauty and endless walking and cycling trails.
