This family-run 3-star pension with a main and guest house is located in Mauterndorf in the Lungau region. Pension Lüftenegger is surrounded by mountains and features rooms with wooden furniture cable TV and free WiFi.The Lüftenegger offers a lounge area with views of the Mauterndorf Castle and a large garden.A rich breakfast buffet is served in the morning and includes homemade jams and bread. Each Thursday a special breakfast including organic and regional products by local farmers from the UNESCO Biospährenpark Salzburg Lungau is offered.Electric bicycles are available for hire on site.There is a ski bus available (free of charge when you have the Lungo ski pass) which can take you to the ski slopes and to the town of Tamsweg. Guests receive a 10% discount at a local ski rental.As a member of Abenteuer Biosphäre Lungau the Lüftenegger Pension offers various free activities for guests. In summer these include guided hikes bicycle and mountain bike tours and archery. In winter snowshoe hikes and lessons in snowbiking and cross-country skiing are offered.
