Il Poggiolo is a beautiful villa in a lovely position just outside Monte San Savino, one of the most visited towns in the Valdichiana, founded perhaps during the Roman Empire but certainly an important castle in Medieval times. From the house Il Poggiolo, with a short walk, it is possible to reach Monte San Savino, endowed with restaurants, bars and shops, so it is no necessary to have a car to move around. The tennis court, the beautiful pool and the park. In the garden with cypress trees and pines there are a beautiful completely fenced swimming pool,(size 5x10 m- depth 0,80 - 2,00 m.) and a tennis court (free use), 2 bicycles and playground for children, all for the exclusive and private use of the guests.
